“Checklist for Admission”
TIER 4 Student visa.
If you are applying to study in the UK for a course that lasts for over 6 months you need to apply for a TIER 4 student visa. Tier 4 category visa is which is based on a points-based system. Detailed “checklist for TIER 4 Visa”
- By holding a valid confirmation of acceptance for studies (CAS) you gain 30 Points.
- For having enough money to cover your fees and living costs you gain 10 Points
- Applicants from India will also undergo a “credibility interview” at VAC.
NHS charges have been introduced from April 2015 for TIER 4 visa. Earlier this was Free for students. The approx NHS fees would be £150 per 12 months and would increase proportionately.
